Privacy Policy

Aerify is built so that there is nothing for us to know about you. This policy describes, plainly, what the Aerify mobile application (the “App”) and this website (aerify.ai) do and do not do with your information. In this Privacy Policy, “Aerify,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Argus Technology Corporation.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or accounts.
• Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or IP addresses.
• Location data of any kind.
• Health, fitness, or biometric data.
• Usage analytics, crash reports, performance metrics, or telemetry.
• Contacts, photos, microphone input, or camera input.

The App does not require you to create an account. The App does not sign you in. The App does not have a server-side database of users because the App does not have users in any identified sense.

If you email us

If you choose to email us at support@aerify.ai, we receive your email address and the message contents so that we can reply. We do not add these to any list, marketing or otherwise.

Information stored on your device

The App stores a small amount of information locally on your device so that it can function. This includes the date of the quote you last viewed, and any preferences you set (for example, whether you have enabled the optional breathing session before unlocking distracting apps in a future version). This information never leaves your device. It is removed when you delete the App.

Third-party services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. It does not load remote content at runtime. The daily quote library is bundled inside the App itself.

The App does include one third-party SDK: RevenueCat. It is used only to manage the Aerify+ subscription on top of Apple’s StoreKit, so that the App can reliably tell whether the current device has an active subscription without us running a server. RevenueCat is configured in anonymous mode. It is given a random, device-local identifier and the subscription state returned by Apple. It is not given your name, your email, your Apple ID, or any other personally identifying information by Aerify. You can read RevenueCat’s privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms collect their own information about downloads and crashes according to their own policies, which we do not control. You can review them at apple.com/legal/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.

Family Controls (future versions)

A future version of the App may use Apple’s Family Controls and Screen Time APIs to let you block selected distracting apps until a short breathing session is completed. If you opt in to that feature, the list of apps you choose to block is handled entirely on your device by iOS. Aerify does not see, store, or transmit which apps you select. Before that feature is generally available, this policy will be updated to describe how it works.

This website

The aerify.ai website is a static marketing site. It does not set cookies, does not use analytics, and does not embed third-party trackers. Your visit is logged only in standard server access logs maintained by our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) for the purpose of operating the site. We do not use these logs for analytics or to identify individual visitors.

Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is suitable for use by people of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). If we learn that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Your rights

Because Aerify does not collect personal information from you, there is no personal information for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you would like to remove the small amount of preference data stored on your device, deleting the App will remove it.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions have additional rights under the GDPR and equivalent laws. Because Aerify does not collect or process personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or transmit on request. You may still contact us at support@aerify.ai with any question about your rights.

Changes to this policy

If we change the App in a way that affects what data is collected, we will update this policy and the “last updated” date above before the change ships in a released version of the App.
